Celebrating Helpful and Friendly Service

Each week we receive fantastic feedback from our customers who take the time to thank colleagues who have gone the extra mile to provide helpful and friendly service. Below are some of the highlights from this week:

Kathryn and her Team in Cabra

“I was in no way surprised after I went through the till at the level of teamwork in the shop because I went to the customer service desk where your manager Kathryn had opened a second till to help the girl at the desk, really helpful and chatty the way she is on the floor, but lovely to see the manager really helping out, I don’t see this in many other shops”

 

Darren- Leonards Corner

“I lost my TV license in store which cost me 160 euro. I wasn’t home and the guy who served me that day dropped it off to my house after I had lost it I just want to say this goes beyond looking out for a customer. I couldn’t be more grateful as I wasn’t home at the time but my neighbour took it in for me it saved me more money I just want to say this man is very valuable to your store and a credit to other staff tell him thank you from me”

 

 

 

Bridget – Rathfarnham

“Well they actually asked an elderly man who was walking by how he was and his dear wife. She told me when he went that his wife is poorly and I said to her it’s so nice to ask people how they are, it’s not just a silly question as a question asked to someone of any age especially older people maybe the only conversation they get that day. It doesn’t cost anything to ask someone how they are or just smile and say hello… She is always very friendly to ourselves also, very nice lady, like most of your staff. I try to go to different tills to check them out.”
