Celebrating Helpful and Friendly Service

Each week we receive fantastic feedback from our customers who take the time to thank colleagues who have gone the extra mile to provide helpful and friendly service. Below are some of the highlights from this week:

 

John from Castlebar

“John is always polite, friendly and helpful.

He makes me feel special and even more so when I have my daughter who has Down Syndrome so welcome and always asks her how her day is and talks to her about music and how her shopping went.

It’s a pleasure to deal with him as some people wouldn’t even bother acknowledging her. He is brilliant.”

 

Jessica from Glasnevin Express

“I was looking for a particular product that was not on the shelf so I asked if there would be any in the warehouse.

Jessica was very approachable and was happy to come away from what she was doing and not only look for the product I wanted, but find it.

I was delighted as I didn’t have to go looking elsewhere.

Not only that when she gave me the product she seen I was struggling with my heavy basket so she offered to carry it up to the till for me.”
