We’re delighted to let you know that we have lots of new bakery lines going live this week in over 100 stores. We’re introducing an exciting new Italian range, as well as expanding some of our most popular ranges from finest* to rustic baguettes and rolls.
Here are some of our new favourites – why not try them for yourself and see which you prefer.
NEW: Breads of Italy -The stone baked experience
Our new Italian style stone baked range uses the traditional Italian ‘Biga’ process of pre-fermentation, which allows the breads time to pre-ferment prior to being made into dough. This takes nearly twelve hours, creating a light, crusty range of loaves packed full of natural goodness.
Part of the finest* sourdough range, this bloomer is made using a natural sourdough starter that originates from California, enhanced with the delicious flavours of tomato and herb.
We’ve also expanded our family of very popular rustic baguettes which are stone baked to deliver a crisp crust.
And last but not least, introducing the beetroot roll, one of three delicious new flavoured rolls, stone baked for a light and crisp finish.
