Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Whether it’s our health, finances, personal or work life, there are plenty of issues that can affect us daily. Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is here to support you to be at your best as you deal with life’s challenges all year round.

Whether you are not feeling yourself and coping as well as you usually do or feeling anxious or concerned about money, a family member or your health, these could all be signs that you may benefit from some extra support in your life.

The Employee Assistance Programme offers an independent, confidential and unlimited 24/7 telephone support line. Your call will be answered by a fully-trained and qualified Counsellor who will support you with a wide range of queries. It offers information, advice and emotional support to help you deal with events and obstacles in your everyday work and personal life. Colleagues and their immediate family members who reside at the same address including children in full-time education can use the service.
